Is this just a website, or does it take bookings too?
Both. Every plan includes your own branded website and the booking engine behind it, so guests book and pay you directly. The same login runs your calendar, your owner portal and your guest messaging.
How much commission do you take on a booking?
None. Lettiva charges a flat monthly subscription and takes no cut of your bookings. The only processing cost is Stripe’s standard card fee, and that goes to Stripe, not to us.
I already use Airbnb and Booking.com. Can I keep them?
Yes. Lettiva runs alongside the channels you already use. Your Lettiva site gives guests a commission-free way to book direct, and your calendar syncs so you are not juggling two diaries.
