On Airbnb, the guest is Airbnb’s customer. On your own site, they’re yours: you have their email, you can thank them yourself, and when they come back next year nobody takes a commission. Airbnb now takes 15.5% from most hosts’ payouts, so every booking that comes to you direct is worth more than it was. What the fee change means.

- A direct booking website and the booking system behind it, in one login: your calendar, payments, guest inquiries and check-in details. Plenty of hosts would call that a PMS. It works alongside Airbnb and Vrbo rather than replacing them.
- Does it connect to Airbnb and Vrbo?
- Yes, by iCal (a calendar link), so a booking on one blocks the dates on the others. We’re upfront about its limits: iCal isn’t instant, and it doesn’t send your prices or listing content to Airbnb or Vrbo, so it isn’t a full channel manager. If you take a booking by phone, block the dates yourself right away.
- How do guests pay, and what do you take?
- Guests pay by card on your site, into your own Stripe account. We take no commission on your bookings. Stripe charges its standard card fee, and that goes to Stripe, not to us.
- What does it cost?
- A flat monthly price for each home, with no setup fee and no commission. Our pricing page shows the US prices. The demo is free. No card needed.
- I already have a website. Can you work from that?
- Yes. Send us its address and we’ll build from it, or send your Airbnb or Vrbo link instead.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Your site can run on your own web address, like yourhouse.com.
